Please note:
These inserts don't fit tight inside of the precision rims. Use the plastic ones. I also find the plastic ones are better because they hold the bearings more snug. They're much cheaper as well. Also, the "Hot Melt" tires are untested but they look like they won't fit in there.
These inserts feel equivalent to a pneumatic tire inflated up to 30, 40 or 50 PSI. Brian personally prefers running 40 PSI 2x160 on the rear and 30 PSI 2x175 up front. Bigger diameter up front is safer rolling over bigger cracks.
Stock gearing does not need to be upgraded on the rear if you wanna run 2x175 on the rear. But if you do run 2x175 on the rear it's recommended to upgrade the gearing from 56T to 66T so that you'll have enough torque working in your favor. If you stick with 56T in this case you'll wear out your motors much sooner.
Something else you should also be aware of is that if you're planning on running these inserts in really worn out tires, they won't last very long. However, if you're running them in fairly new tires then they should last a really long time. Roughly anywhere from 1/2 to a full year using about 1 battery per day.
In theory the 40 or 50 PSI versions should last longer because they're a little thicker and will have less compression, less cushion than the lesser 30 PSI versions. The lesser PSI versions are safer because they have more cushion, absorb more impact rolling over bumps and cracks and are better for beginner skaters just getting used to their board. The greater PSI versions are in theory just a tiny bit faster because they create less rolling resistance, less friction on the road. Which means they should also give you significantly greater range.

I went with Exway Atlas Carbon because Exway pretty much set the standard for AT ESK8 Tier when they took First Place in the Uphill Battle imo...
